Autonomy builds on trust and the way to trust is through getting to know each individual. As a leader, I strive to get to know my people and find out their strengths and talents. My aim is to provide them with the best support to grow by listening to their voice and thoughts. When we built up the connection I will show them the goals and answer all the “Why?” questions. Then I step aside and let them rise and shine. They will own the challenges and solve them to the best of their ability.
One of our core values is that we care and we help each other, and this is what we can see everyday here at Bitrise. Each of us is treated fairly, based on our performance, and the feedback culture is very important. What I love about Bitrise is that when I ask someone for help they are always available and they always try to help me at their best.
